Curriculum
Our students follow the French national curriculum, supplemented with intensive education in Dutch language, literature, and culture.
Two curricula, one diploma
The Lycée International offers a unique educational model where students follow the complete French curriculum while maintaining and developing their Dutch language and culture. This leads to the final exam: Baccalauréat Français International (BFI).
At the end of upper secondary (lycée), students take exams in both the French subjects and the three Dutch subjects. For the Dutch subjects, they receive a VWO certificate issued by the Dutch education inspectorate.
With the Baccalauréat Français International diploma, students can apply to universities and colleges in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and many other countries. During the three final years, students receive intensive guidance for study orientation.
